If you have been familiar with cloud environments for a while, implementing business logic with Phython is no problem and you want to support the provision of data via REST and other interfaces, then openpack is the right place for you. Additionally, you will support infrastructure automation using AWS CloudFormation. → You build it, you run it.
 

Your profile:

• Finished academic studies or vocational training in computer science, software engineering, or similar

• Analytical ability to reason and structured approach to problem solving

• At least three years of relevant experience as a cloud backend developer

• Hands-on experience with AWS or another large cloud provider

• Very good understanding of continuous integration and deployment

• Knowledge of test driven development

• Very high consciousness for quality

• Good command of English

You’ll work in this environment:

• Large scale, distributed system adhering to the microservices architectural pattern

• Serverless Python environment based on AWS Lambda

• Use-case dependent persistency like SQL and NoSQL databases as well as object stores

• Communication with internal and third party systems via synchronous HTTP REST APIs and asynchronous message oriented mechanisms

• CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Serverless framework
